Chili Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (Gluten Free, Grain Free)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place pumpkin seeds in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, spread out over pan
  • Stir frequently, ever 30 seconds for 4-5 minutes, until seeds start making some noise or even pop
  • In a small bowl, combine sea salt and chili powder
  • Remove cast iron pan from heat, add in walnut oil and mix seeds until coated
  • Add chili powder and salt mixture, stir until all seeds coated
  • Cool and serve
