Carli Kilgore RD LD

Root Cause Wellness Consultant, Integrative + Functional Medicine Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Carli, Root Cause Wellness Consultant (Houston & Charleston)

I know firsthand what it feels like to be confused, frustrated, and disconnected from your body. Walking through years of complex health imbalances has ultimately been my greatest teacher. Today, even after having two children, I feel more confident and at home in my body than I did in my twenties—and I understand what it truly takes to create meaningful, lasting change.

Through both personal experience and clinical work, I’ve navigated and overcome a wide range of challenges, including hormonal, metabolic, digestive, and environmental imbalances. These experiences shaped not only how I approach wellness, but how I support others—thoughtfully, strategically, and with deep respect for the body’s capacity to heal when given the right conditions.

What sets my work apart is the integration of lived experience with years of education, mentorship, and training alongside leading practitioners in the field. After decades of trial, error, and refinement, I’ve curated the most effective tools, resources, and strategies to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Mission at WBC:

  • Empower individuals to trust and understand their body’s ability to heal

  • Support moms—and their families—in making wellness realistic and sustainable

  • Educate on real food, timeless natural remedies, and foundational health principles

  • Share the power of lifestyle medicine and nature-based healing

  • Expand awareness around health energetics and the mind–body–soul connection

  • Make wellness personalized, approachable, and enjoyable

My Approach:

Ultimately, my role is to guide others in mastering their health—without adding overwhelm to an already full life. Together, we create a customized, realistic approach to wellness that integrates seamlessly into your daily reality, so you can feel more energized, supported, and resilient over time.

If you’re ready for a more thoughtful, personalized path forward, you’re in the right place.
