Hi, I'm Carli.

I know firsthand what it feels like to be confused, frustrated, and disconnected from your body. That lived experience is the foundation of everything I do.

Walking Through It First

Every morning, before my feet even hit the floor, I used to wonder the same thing: is my stomach flat or puffy today? How was yesterday going to show up on me now? I tried every supplement I could find. I practitioner hopped for years, hoping someone would finally look at my body full circle, not just hand me back the same information I already had from my own training as a dietitian. When nothing else moved the needle, I got more restrictive, because that was the one thing that seemed to work, at least for a little while.

Then in 2018, the same year I started this practice, got married, bought a house, and had my first baby, it came crashing down all at once. Mold in our home. Brain fog so thick I'd lose my train of thought mid-sentence. Weight that wouldn't move no matter how closely I followed my own advice. I already had the degree, the labs, the supplements, the practitioners. None of it touched the fatigue.

What actually changed wasn't one more protocol. It was realizing my body didn't need more, it needed the right things, in the right order. Today, even after having two children, I feel more confident and at home in my body than I did in my twenties, and I understand what it truly takes to create meaningful, lasting change, because I've lived both the version that didn't work and the version that finally did.

Through both personal experience and clinical work, I've navigated and overcome a wide range of challenges, including hormonal, metabolic, digestive, and environmental imbalances. These experiences shaped not only how I approach wellness, but how I support others, thoughtfully, strategically, and with deep respect for the body's capacity to heal when given the right conditions.

What sets my work apart is the integration of lived experience with years of education, mentorship, and training alongside leading practitioners in the field. After decades of trial, error, and refinement, I've curated the most effective tools, resources, and strategies, in the order that actually works, to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
