DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 6  jumbo muffin cups OR 12 normal muffin with paper liners.
  • Mix almond meal, protein powder flax seed, chia seeds, and baking soda together in a small bowl. Whisk eggs, honey, apple cider vinegar, and bananas together in a mixer.  Stir almond meal mixture into egg mixture until batter is just mixed. Fold in blueberries. Scoop batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
